I am EDDIE PATINGA ANAJAO, is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) major in Mathematics at Northeastern Mindanao Colleges, Surigao City last March, 1992. I passed the Professional Board Examination for Teachers (PBET) with a rating of 70.65%. I have been teaching as College Instructor after my graduation in my Alma Mater for four years. In 1996, I started serving the public school as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Surigao City National High School. In April 21 to May 31, 1997, I attended the Enrichment Training for Secondary Mathematics, sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) under the Social Reform Agenda (SRA) at Central Luzon State University (CLSU), Munoz, and Nueva Ecija. In 1998 of May to July, Luckily I passed the oral and written exam for foreign training called Brisbane Course for Inservice Teams (BRITE) in Mathematics, conducted by the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. In my return, I started serving the Division Leader School (High School Level) at Ipil National High School, Surigao City Division in response to the three-month training granted in me by the Philippines-Australian Project in Basic Education (PA-PROBE). An author of the Teacher Support Materials, to wit; Integers on the line, Teaching Geometry Through Discovery Approach and Math Dazzlers. These materials duly approved by the Department of Education and printed by the Philippines-Australian Project in Basic Education. The teaching materials distributed to all public leader and satellite schools throughout the Philippines. In 1999 of May 3-21, I attended the Rescue Initiatives for Science Education (RISE) Training Program in Mathematics III and IV, sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and Department of Education (DepEd), held at Xavier University, Cagayan de Oro City. I was elected as President of Surigao City Division Secondary Mathematics Teachers Association from 1988 up to 2003. In 2002, I received an award for 2002 OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHER SECONDARY LEVEL for excellence performance, professional competence and exemplary commitment, given during the joint education week and Christmas program for the division of Surigao City, held at the Provincial Convention Center, Surigao City, December 11, 2002. Formerly, school head of Nonoc National High School, Brgy. Nonoc, Surigao City, School Year 2004 to 2006. Graduated in Master of Arts in Mathematics Education at the Bukidnon State University, Malaybalay City on March, 2009 as scholar.
